Availability and Fees

I offer an initial complimentary 15 minute phone call to discuss your circumstances and also ensure that I am the best Counsellor for you.

Choose which option best suits you.........

1. Walk and Talk Therapy

This option is ideal if you feel constrained by the indoors. Some people find it easier to open up whilst in an open space surrounded by nature.

If you become anxious by the confinement of a room, walk and talk therapy may be a better option as it allows for easier engagement.  My walk and talk sessions are held at Tillack Park, Blackberry Street, Mansfield 4122.

2. Skype or Phone Counselling

Skype or phone Counselling is an ideal option if you can't make it in person to counselling sessions. It is also a good option if you are uncomfortable with traditional models of therapy and feel a sense of comfort by talking face to face in the comfort of your own surroundings.

The software itself is free and is easy to download.

3. Private Room

If you prefer the safe, cosy environment of a counselling room, this may be the best option for you. My room is located at 3 Pickwick Street, Cannon Hill.
